broken door bin and shelf retainer bar
Two of my refrigerator door bins were broken and I had been using duct tape to hold them in place. I decided to look them up on PartSelect and was able to find exactly what I needed at a great cost. I ordered them and they came right away. I put them on the door needing no tooks and bingo, just like new! Imagine my heartache when one somehow broke. Well I contacted PartSelect and they sent me another one at no charge and in less than a week!!!

I broke the end of the door shef & couldn't make it work with glue.
Just snapped the piece in place. Fixed in less than 1 minute. The Lady on the phone was helpful in making sure I was selecting the right piece. Delivery was made in 2 days. I can't be more pleased. cw

The new motor mount screw holes were not threaded.
I had to tap the screw holes with a 8/32 tap so that the screws would not bind.

shattered bottom shelf (crisper shelf)
Simple drop-in. No tools. Less than one minute "repair" time. Worrying that the glass would break en route was for not; huge box with lots of peanuts and bubble wrap prevented any potential breakage. Very satisfied with price, shipment (including time), and overall "repair".

I broke the Meat Pan while washing it
I ordered the replacement part on-line. When I received the part, I realized it was the wrong part. I contacted PartSelect and worked with the service representative, Julie H. She was excellent!! She determined that I had used an incorrect model number, and then she directed me to where I could find the correct number. She gave me clear directions on how to return the incorrect piece, and then sent me a UPS label to cover the shipping costs. Julie H was at all times, professional, friendly and very helpful!! Shelf bin bracket latch broke off.
Very simple. I retrieved the Model number, got on your website and typed it in along with other required information. The page lead me directly to the part I needed. No tools were required because it is a snap-on piece that broke. The shelf snapped on and Voila! The repair was complete.

Broken shelves in the door
I own an appartment building and it seems everytime someone moves out they leave broken appliance parts in their path. It is so easy to go on line with the model number and get the parts I need in just a few days. I snap them in place of the broken shelves and it looks like new.
