Some of my buttons have started only responding intermittenly. Will this fix my problem?

Hello Deborah, thank you for your question. We have researched the model you have provided, and the touch control, part number PS979935 is most likely to cause this symptom. If this doesn't fix the problem we suggest also changing the control board, part number: PS2339507. We hope this helps!
