2 inside door latches appear to be getting caught when opening door and louder sound when opening door

Hello Gayle, Thank you for your inquiry. For safety reasons, since the microwave capacitor can still store electricity even when the microwave is unplugged, it is usually advised that you discharge the capacitor before any attempt at repair. We have included a link on how to do so. Researching the model number that you have provided, it could be an issue with the door latch, the door latch spring, the door switch holder, or the door switches. We have included a link to our article how to access and test the door switches and check to see if there is any damage to the latch, spring or switch holder. Good luck with your repair.
I first removed the top plate above the microwave door (3 screws), then I removed the plate containing the buttons and clock. The microwave has 3 relay switches and they are in a little holder. The holder was too difficult to remove so I just removed the bottom switch and replaced. The microwave started right up.
Removed the retaining clip that keeps the door on, took the door off. Removed the plastic rim that is clipped into place. Removed old screws holding on handle and replaced.
Removed the 3 screws to drop the lower panel and, removeed the turn table plate and ring. Then removed the 2 screws holding the motor, the 2 wires attached to the motor and removed the old motor.Replaced the new motor in the reverse order. DO NOT FORGET TO UNPLUG THE MICROWAVE FIRST.
