The button that releases the soap dispenser drawer no longer "pops" open when pushed. Does the whole drawer front need to be replaced to correct this problem or perhaps, is there some type of release button to correct this?

Thank you for your question. You would have to replace your drawer. That button is actually only made with the drawer as one piece. Good luck with your repair.

This soap drawer does not stay closed do i have to buy a whole new drawer or is there a lock part that i could replace

Thank you for your question. There is no lock part unfortunately. I could suggest cleaning out your drawer and making sure there is no build up of detergent or fabric softener that is hindering the drawer from closing all the way. My fabric softener drawer doesn’t drain the liquid or it’s backing up.. I have cleaned the whole drawer and every part I can clean.. what other options do I have to fix this?

Hi Pauline,
Thank you for your question. If you have thoroughly cleaned the dispenser drawer and the washer is not dispensing fabric softener, make sure that your washer has adequate water pressure and that the washer is level. The water pressure should be 30 psi. If the washer is not level, fabric softener may not drain when it is time for the washer to add it. If the water pressure is fine and the washer is level, check the inlet hoses and screens, the siphon, and the water conveyor to see if they are clogged. If they are clogged, they will need to be cleaned. We hope this helps!

Does the drawer assembly include the side rollers? Just to be clear, this blue front will fit the above model built in 2008?
