Extension for Drain Hose Whirlpool Laundry centre
We received the part in a timely that we needed to connect the drain hose since the part that came with the machine was too short. It was the part recommended from the manufacturer for the solution we needed since the drain was too far away for the hose that was supplied with machine to connect.

Washer Installation
Parts arrived quickly. I was disappointed that the cost was fairly high relative to the price of the new washing machine. Too bad that Maytag does not provide a slightly longer drain hose. It is fine if the drain is right behind the washer but not ok if it is beside. It would have been nice if instructions had ben provided on how to appropriately shorten the extension hose to avoid loops in the installed drain hose.

The part arrived as scheduled. Not quite as advertised,unfortunately there is no coupler to join it to the existing hose. I’m now trying to find a hardware store that can supply one.
