replacing the lines was easy, problem was the drawing on line and the parts list did not show two different size tubing used. had to run out for the 5/16 inche tubing for the water dispenser in the door. got the 1/4 inch tube done in 5 minutes.

I have a slow drip/leak of water in ceiling of refrigerator compartment coming from rear center approximately. I don’t think it’s just condensation, but maybe? Is it or what else could it be?
For model number TBX18NAYCRWH
Hello Bert, Thank you for the question. This could be caused by a clogged Drain Tube in the freezer. It is normal to have water during the defrost cycle, however it should drain into the evaporator pan. We hope this helps!

This is kind of a follow-up to Bert's question on 9/1/21. My fridge is dripping/leaking from the freezer into the fridge, just like Bert's. A clogged drain tube is the most likely cause I can think of right now. What's the best way to confirm that's the problem, and what's the best way to fix it? Thank you!
For model number GTH18GBDHRBB
Hello Ed, Thank you for the question. We suggest forcing Hot Soapy Water through the drain with a Turkey baster and a Pipe Cleaner. This should clear any clogs. Then you can watch for the leaking or water puddle. We hope this helps!

WATER ACCUMULATES AT THE BOTTOM UNDER THE WRIGHT TRY AND
LEAKS OUT
For model number TBE14DASFRWH
Hi Gerardo, thank you for your inquiry. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend making sure that the defrost drain is not clogged or frozen. If the defrost drain is frozen, the water will overflow the drain trough and drip down to the bottom of the compartment. If that is the case, you may need to thaw the ice. In addition, flush the drain with hot water to ensure that it is clear of debris. Also ensure that there are no water lines broken inside the refrigerator. If the issue persists, you may need to check the defrost thermostat, part number PS303473, as it is most likely faulty and may need to be replaced. We hope this information helps!

Excuse my text i dont speak ! Sorry!
For model number GTS18PBRWRWW
Hello Yvan, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend checking the drain tube. Mostly a clogged drain tube can cause such an issue. If you think the defrost cycle is too frequent then the defrost timer, part number PS310990, can be a culprit. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you require assistance placing an order. Thanks again for reaching out!
