The vegetable pan cover was cracked. I bought the unit new and there was support rail installed ... main cause why it cracked.
I bought both a support rail and a vegetable pan cover because the parts diagram was unclear. Anyway, the new vegetable pan cover is well built and does not require a support rail. So I just slid the new pan cover which was a perfect fit.
