The ice maker and water work perfectly fine. When you select cube or crush and press the dispenser it makes no noise and does not dispense the ice in the bin. Is this part needed to make that happen? A video would be great

Hello Francesca, Thank you for the question. This sounds like an issue with the Dispenser Control Board, PartSelect Number PS10060196. We do not currently have a video on this part but is held in place by a few screws and you can unplug the wire harness. Thank you for your inquiry, good luck with this repair!
I need an ice maker for my Frigidaire, model LGNH2844MFO. It has the bottom drawer freezer. I got an ice maker, with a model #241798231 and tried to install it but the cord was only about one foot long. I pulled out the old ice maker with a part number 241791226 and the cord on that was about 2 feet long. What d'ya got?
