Washer lid would not open or close so replaced door lid lock that worked but now have no water come in it goes from sensing mode to wash but nothing comes in the washer

Hi Lisa, thank you for getting in touch. According to our research, a faulty water inlet valve is likely causing the issue. It is the mechanical gatekeeper of water flow. If its internal solenoids have failed, it will not open to allow water into the drum despite receiving a signal from the control board. You may need to replace it to fix the issue.
