water pan over filling

All of a sudden I noticed less ice in the bin, what is happening is that the water pan fills up and then a lot of water overflows through a little hole. After a few minutes of it overflowing a bunch of water flows down from the top like a water fall down the back of the ice bin. Not sure if it's this pump or something else that needs to be replaced.

Was making thin ice, replaced circulation pump and went ahead and replaced drain pump. Now it fills, circulates for maybe 30 seconds and then drains. Is my control board also bad?

I do not have power on my solenoid to allow water into the resivor for ice. It is my understanding there is a float inside pump W10747426. This is for ice maker model KUIX305ess1.
