I have error code "Hd" on this Electrolux clothes dryer, and the dryer will not start. What part do I need to fix it?

Dryer won’t start . Light flashing on start button Door switch is working . Start button beeps when pressed . The beep is a different tone when door is open . Continuity of thermal fuse and high limit thermostat is 0. Do I need a new control board ?

My wife selected Instant Refresh and she heard water coming into the dryer and she could not stop the dryer. So it display the Control Lock on and the Control Lock does not come off. I unplug it, waited and reconnected it and it stayed the same. I turn the breaker off, waited, turn back on and no change. I shut the water valve to stop the water to the dryer to be on safe side.

The board assembly shown in the photo does not look like mine.
My board assembly looks more along the lines of another part showing below as related parts it has a black housing and the three wiring connection points appear the same as the related parts shown
Any chance the one I am on now is the wrong one?
