Burner temperature goes to maximum at any setting.. how do you distinguish from left or right burner? Facing stove or by looking from rear

The right-front burner is a dual element, designed to be controlled by a dual infinite switch that regulates both the inner and outer coils. The two large (8”) elements on my electric range will come on but only output a high temp. I have lost the ability to regulate the burner temp via the rotating the hand switch. I’m thinking these two burner switches need to be replaced but I’m no expert. Any thoughts?
Your parts diagram only lists 2 burner control switches; Right Rear & Right Front. Are the left side switches the same part # or are they unique?
