The suspension it will fix my ofb code in my washer whirlpool WTW7500GC2

Hello Rene, thank you for your inquiry. The OFB code means your washer is off balance. Some tips are: 1)redistribute the load, close the lid, and press START/PAUSE to resume the cycle, 2) Adding wet items to washer or adding more water, 3) Load items in loose heaps evenly around the wash plate. Also, please ensure that all four legs should are in firm contact with a solid floor. If it is so off balance that it bangs or shakes, then you can check the PS12347544. My washer keep doing code for off balance with one towel in it so I think it been new balancers don't u think

Hi James, thank you for your question! Make sure the load items are in loose heaps evenly around the wash plate. Also, please ensure that all four legs are in firm contact with a solid floor. If it is so off balance that it bangs or shakes, then you will need to replace the suspension rod kit, part number PS12347544. We hope this solves your problem!
