How might i able to turn off and start machine ? And also stop beeping sound with a fs and e3 code writing?
For model number WTW7000DW0
PartSelect logo
Hi Josephine, thank you for your question. The F5 E3 error code means the lid lock will not unlock or the lock assembly has failed. What you can do is unplug the appliance from the wall for about ten minutes. If the error persists then you may want to look at your lid lock for being the issue. Good luck with your repair.

Just had repairman; when left scope read error e1 f3. What is the error referring to ?
For model number WTW7000DW0

Hello Thomas, thank you for inquiring. The F3 E1 code is indicating that the washer cannot detect the water level. First, check the wiring associated with the Electronic Control. If it checks out okay, then you have a faulty Electronic Control, part number PS11723057 for your model washer. Good luck with your repair!

Makes load noise during spin cycle only.
For model number WTW7000DW0

Hello Todd, thank you for your question. We advise checking several parts. The drive pulley is the first thing to check. There is a belt that wraps around the drive motor and pulley to spin the washer tub. Inspect this belt for signs of damage, accumulated dirt, and general wear and tear. I hope this helps.

The machine makes a real loud grinding noise when it is on the washing cycle. I'm afraid to continue using it. Sounds like it might be a big problem.
For model number WTW7000DW0

Hello Domi, thank you for the question. If the washer is making a loud grinding noise, it is due to an unbalanced load, and the washer is not leveled. You may need to level the washer by adjusting the leveling legs and evenly distributing the load. If the issue still occurs, you may need to check the gearcase, part number PS12741641, to fix the issue. We hope this helps!

Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.

Washer plate replacement
As women, myself and my daughter completed this fairly simple repair. The replacement washer plate was top quality and included the washplate replacement screw. Additionally, we purchased a tube of lock tight to further secure bolt placement. The most difficult part of the repair is to disengage old screw and securely replace with new one. Very pleased with fast delivery Excellent customer service and top quality part.
Thanks
