Not sure what part im looking for exactly, i have not yet decided what the part is. Ice maker runs for awhile then after a day or sometimes two weeks it just stops like it has been unplugged.. no power whatsoever. then i pull it out from under the counter and it wakes up and beeps and lights up like its asleep, or maybe its to do with being perfectly level . was hoping maybe you could help me out on this one???

The fill water runs for a long time before it finally shuts off. What could be causing this problem? Do you think i need to replace the electronic control board? I think the proper part number is w11034363.

Ice maker makes really thin ice. I have replaced filter (and removed Filter), both pumps, fill valve, level control probe and wiring harness. I have reset machine and manually cycled through the settings and machine checks out good. Ice thickness is set on thickest setting (6 blinks) Could this be a control or circuit board board problem? Need Help.

Water does not stop filling

Hello Lucas, thank you for contacting us. The issue is probably related to a faulty water inlet valve, part number PS11765823. Please test it with a multimeter and make sure it is not shorted. If this does not solve the issue, we would recommend checking the electronic control board, part number PS12346592. I have above model not making ice:
1. Cleaned it very well
2. Changed filter.
3. Changed Relay start, overload relay, recirculating pump(twice)
its filling up quick and draining very well. There is very very thin layer of ice on the pan and its cooling good, No other defect on the grid or in wiring
it does start with the quick ice light is on but no ice, please advise

Hello Aj, thank you for your question! This issue means the hot gas bypass valve is sticking open. This is a common way for these ice machines to fail. You would need to test power at the hot gas solenoid to see if it is getting 110 volts when it is not supposed to, but if it is not getting 110 volts, the hot gas valve, part number PS11756049, will need to be replaced. I replaced the pump motor with my last purchase and the ice maker started working again making great ice. However, after about 24 hours the On/Off button and Fast Ice button start flashing on and off. The Fast Ice feature was not being used when this happened. I have also turned it off and restarted and the same issue occurred. Thoughts?

Ice maker has been shutting off randomly and then comes back on. It does produce ice. I have thoroughly cleaned it, checked for obstructions, and changed the filter. My research indicates that the control board is going bad. Is my research correct?
