Our light under the microwave only works on low mode and not high

Hi Cheryl, thank you for the question. When the light will not change from low to high, it means that your relay on the display control board is welded shut. The entire display board, part number PS12746569, would need to be replaced to fix the issue. We hope this helps, good luck with the repair!
