Installing this part was far more time consuming that getting it here. The fridge evaporator fan was exactly as advertised and the fridge is now operating like brand new. I had to disassemble the entire refridgeration compartment and remove the doors in order to install this unit so I was very happy that it fit precisely, the wiring harness was the right length and the connector fit snug. The only thing to watch out for is that the part does not come with double sided tape for the fan installation. This was what I needed but with some modification

My refrigerator section is not cooling properly.
I replaced the fan motor in freezer section, but the fridge section is still not cooling properly. is there another fan motor that brings cold to the fridge area from the upper ice maker ?

Hello David, thank you for writing. There is a Condenser Fan PS12114471 located in the Rear all the way down to the bottom behind the access panel. While at the Condenser fan area, use a vacuum to remove excess dust and dirt from the condenser coils. clean the Perform a visual inspection of the Door Gaskets PS11731042 that they are not letting in warm air. We hope this helps.

Hi Micheal, on the models I have seen you just have to remove the air tower and this will allow you access to the screws that release the cover for the evaporator fan motor.
