Not shipped on time - pins swapped!
It didn't arrive as I was told on time. I had to call multiple times to get the product shipped and it took almost 3 weeks to get it from the date I purchased/paid. This new element is not pin-pin compatible as two pins got swapped and no instruction was provided. I was reluctant to swap the pins but after reading some reviews on line I decided to take the risk and it works now. See the picture below.
