Does this hose come with the connection pieces or is it just simply the hose? The connection piece at the bottom of the fridge is cracked and leaking.

The fitting on the bottom end of the ice maker #4 is an 90 degree elbow that clips into a push button type clamp. It is not a valve. Can you tell me the name of this elbow. Your answer to chris was almost complete. What is the parts number of the elbow or if you want to call it a valve what is it's name or part number? Where can i order it? How do i order it without a part number?

Does part ps11757031 (water valve tubing) come with the locking ring for the top and washer that goes into the water inlet valve.

Hello Aaron, Thank you for your inquiry. This is just the tube with the white nozzle connectors on each end. It is designed to just slide into the fittings on the valve. Hope this helps!
