Give me a hint. The knob to a gas burner will depress but will not turn to ignite or control the flame. There are two surface burners in this condition now. Is it something I can fix?

The igniter works on all burners but will not light? acts like no gas getting to the stove?

Hello Bonnie, thank you for your question. We suggest changing out the surface ignitor(s) PS11747217. Or, if this does not fix the issue, you may need to replace the Spark Module PS11748331.This part sends enough current to the igniter to create a spark to the bottom of the burner cap. All the surface igniters continue to work after one burner has been lite and is operating is this normal, that ticking sound is annoying when you are trying to cook.

My oven will not ignite or is very slow to heat up. When I open the broiler door I can see an orange glow light on the burner bar. But no flames. And I don't smell gas. The stove burners work fine.

Hi Andy, Thank you for writing. This could be a weak igniter. We suggest testing the Igniter. On a good igniter, there should be between 40 & 400 OHMS. A bad igniter will show no resistance or continuity. We hope this helps!
