It not getting cold
For model number A8TCNWFAB02
Hi Don,
Thank you for your inquiry. If the refrigerator is too warm, There are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the bi-metal defrost thermostat, the run capacitor, the evaporator fan motor, the fan blade, the defrost heater, the refrigerator defrost board, the thermostat and the fresh food door gasket. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Refrigerator seems to run all the time, gets down to 30 deg inside ref and freezes the food on the shelves.
For model number W8TXNGMWQ03
Hi Nancy,
Thank you for your question. I would suggest checking your defrost thermostat first to determine if it is working correctly. You should be able to test that part with a multi meter. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Freezer runs all the time and doesn't shut off.
For model number ET8GTMXKQ00
Hello David, thank you for your question. There are two parts that can cause this issue. The most common problem is the Capacitor Part Number: WPW10662129, then the Temperature Control Thermostat Part Number: WPW10511937. I would recommend replacing these parts first. I hope this helps!
