What parts are these???? top rack, wheels do not stay on. need part or front and back of rack on 3 locations: right back, left front and back part that keeps wheels on. thank you.

Hello Jan, thank you for your question. This part is the handle. The upper rack rollers are parts of the adjuster assembly. The manufacturer has updated the rack adjusters on the upper rack. PartSelect Number PS10064063 is the rack adjuster kit which would include the wheels that are attached to the upper rack. I hope this helps!
