The upper rack slider keeps separating from the roller wheels ,allowing the rack drop
Down. What parts do I need to fix this?

Thank you for your question. You will need to replace the rack adjusters. Whirlpool has redesigned them, so they are now made of metal to make them more durable. They are sold in a kit that includes both the left and right sides. The part number for the rack adjuster kit is PS10064063. We hope this helps!

After washing, the DW leaves a large puddle of water in the internal bottom of the DW. I have cleaned the filter and the strainer surrounding the filter and it still leaves a large puddle in the bottom of the DW

simply line up the new pin with the rectangular slot in the kick panel and metal panel behind, slide the pin in and turn it with a flat blade screw driver. NOTE: the original pin was black. A black replacement part cost $29 plus shipping! A knock-off pin was only $6 plus shipping. I got the cheap one and colored it with a black Sharpee marker before installation.
