Washer does not start and door does not open.
For model number MHWE200XW00
Hi Lloyd, Thank you for the question. I suggest replacing the Door Lock Latch, PartSelect Number PS11751211.This part ensures that your door stays locked while the machine is running.If it is defective it may think the appliance is running and will not unlock.Hope this helps!

My washer makes a clicking noise in the back top of the unit seems like worse the heavier the load while agitating. Think is the pulley? Is it hard to replace?Thanks

Hello Cliff, Thank you for the question. Only way to know for sure would be to open up the cabinet to look at the parts. Remove the back screws. Slide the top back, up and off. Hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
