Just purchased the above freezer. It doesn't come with enough wire racks. Has two sizes of racks. I found the diagram and part number PS11727968 but it isn't clear if this part is the larger rack I need. Don't want to put the order in and end up with the smaller rack. Need verification that I am purchasing the correct part.

I am looking for the top wire shelf for this unit.Your website states that the part number is w10838310.
also on your website it states it is 22" wide. however, the shelf that came with the unit is 24-5/8" wide. a 22" wide shelf is too narrow.
can you check to see what the actual width is?

How come i don't see Whirlpool upright freezer model #wzf34x16dw04? The ones close to it are wzf34x16dw00, wzf34x16dw01 and wzf34x16dw02. I need a wire shelf but i'm not sure which one to get without an exact model number.
