Easy
This was so easy, I had gone without a dishwasher for over a year, couldn’t decide if I should fix it or not, my repair company told me no, but I thought I’d give it a try anyway and orders the part myself and fixed it myself!!!

Part 26. We have found yellow plastic track pieces with little tiny stainless roll balls in the bottom off dishwasher. This is the only part we can figures where it came from. Is this possible? Some of our dishes/glasses are not getting cleaned anymore.
For model number MDB8969SDM0
Hello Laurel, Thank you for your inquiry. The stainless ball bearings are most likely from the upper rack slide tracks. We would also recommend checking parts of the dishwasher pump and motor assembly as if the ball bearings have fallen into it, it may have damaged it. Hope this helps.

Does this part come with directions?
The arm came off during a cleaning and I snapped back on and the clips broke off
For model number MDB8959SFZ4
Hi Lynn, thank you for reaching out. No, this part does not come with the installation instructions. The spray arm is mounted on the water supply. You will get four tabs there that are the locking tabs and four pins on the base. You need to place it in with these pins in between the locking tabs. Put it down and turn the base clockwise till it clicks. We hope this information helps!

Other than the accumulator (which ours is fine, clear and no holes) is there another filter that stops particles from winding up in the spray wash arms? We had a problem where the upper one was getting some particles that were clogging the holes, I cleared this out and it seemed to work fine the next wash but then we had an issue once more. Now I'm having trouble with the lower one as well. I had some weird metal screen that I pulled out of the upper one at one point, it was very small pieces of what looked like a type of metal screen that had circle holes in it. I wasn't sure if this was debris or there was a screen somewhere that had become dislodged and is now contributing to the problem. I am just trying to figure out if we can solve this with a replacement part or need a new dishwasher :( It looks brand new, and it's been completely cleaned out (I cleaned out the trap in the bottom and washed the whole bottom out and cleaned all the parts that had come out). Not sure what to do :(

Hi Samantha, thank you for the question. Based on the description you have provided, the issue seems to be with the chopper, part number PS12578961. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
