Timer knob popped off. Base rod into knob snapped. Needed new timer
Removed back panel screws. Left/Right, Center. Grabbed Canned Air and sprayed inside panel. Lots of lint ... Unscrew timer - Single center top screw. Tiny threads, kind of wide head. Unplug 4 wire adapters .. (top/left/right/bottom). All 4 pin adapters have unique A/B side. Can't mix up. Reconnect wires, tighten top center screw. Before closing up panel, plug in test with empty tumble to confirm if dryer heats up. (Gas Dryer). All good, has worked great.
My dryer knobs ended up not only the problem but when i went to use my dryer the heating element wrnt out.... So i need to return your knobs and get my money back please thankyou however i need the correct forms to send them back and i have the original wrapping

If the plastic part broke off the inside, do i need both the timer and the knob?

Hello, I am looking for the part that the knob slips into. The knob is fine but the shat that the knob slips over broke off. There is a metal shaft, this is fine but the hard plastic piece that the knob fits into, broke. Do you sell this part?

Hello. First does this part fit this model?
And on the picture it says see number 17 which is not the indicated part. I am looking for number 14 which is the big timer knob.
Number 17 is smaller and it is not for the timer.

Does this timer knob fit the model number listed above and does it come with all of the pieces needed to mount it The knob broke off all the plastic and we are unable to start the dryer

Can you use the small knob in place of the big knob for the timer?

My knob doesn't have a d shaped shaft . round at both ends came out with the knob when plastic connector broke
