The left front plastic support that hold the wire rack caught on fire while microwaving for 30 seconds. I read in others’ q&a that part number 00631439 is what I need, however, I do not see how to remove the current one and replace it with the new one. Do you have directions on how to replace the plastic support piece?

Hello Theresa, Thank you for the question. This bracket snaps into place. You can used a screw driver to remove the broken piece and then snapped in the new clip. We hope this helps!

I'm looking for a left and right front clip for my bosh speed microwave oven.
The comments on your webpage suggest that there are different product numbers for the left and the right - but your responses to client questions on the webpage is confusing.
One response your provide to a client is: "Hello Allen, Thanks for your question. The rack support hooks are part numbers PS10060770 (for the left) and PS10060771 (for the right). I hope this helps."
However your website says the code PS10060771 is the rear hook.
Further down the page you reply to a customer: " Hello Luke, thank you for contacting us. The front left and right rack support have the same part number PS10060770. It is sold individually. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week!"

Hello Susan, thank you for your question. The part number for the right front and left rear supports will be PS10060771. The part number for the Right Rear and Left Front supports is PS10060770. The reason it is confusing is that the item numbers #315 and #316 are on opposite sides. You can view both parts in both positions by viewing the schematic. So, if you are ask for a left and right front, you will need one of each. We hope this helps.
