submitted manufacturer info to website and voila! a new glass turntable arrived in 2 days. I don't do well with computers, my 23 yr. old daughter was impressed......couldn't be easier! thanx! will definitely revisit your site

All I had to do was open the microwave door and place the turntable on the designated grooves, wha lah it fit. I am now back in business. Thanks to partselect, I found my replacement, ordered and it was shipped in no time.

This is an under the counter microwave. Simply removed the two screws holidng the vent grille on top of the unit, lift out the old charcoal filter, clean the vent fan exit surfaces then replace the filter and put the vent grille back. Be careful to not drop either of the two screws after one is installed as you will have to take the grill off and start the screw installation again unless you have a magnetic to retrieve the dropped screw. An easy five minutes at most to change.

I followed the manufacturer's installation instructions. Everything worked perfectly.

Just place the parts in the microwave and it worked.

I was sent the wrong fuse by you. I had to procure a fuse in another manner. Very disappointing. The repair was simple. It just took longer because of the failure to send the correct fuse.

took it to Buttermore appliance in Auburn Indiana and he changed the fan and added another fuse

Took the front off and behind a plate was the fuse, so I replaced it for what good that did!!!

I replaced all the damaged components and the exterior skin. Unit looks and operates like it just came out of the package brand new.

First let me say that I tried several places to get what I thought was a simple light bulb. This included several national hardware stores as well as a national electrical supply company. No luck. I didn't do the repair -- my husband did, said it was easy, had no problems what so ever! The new bulbs give a lot more light to the cooking area.

To replace charcoal filter in microwave, had to take grill off. Tabs on 2 of the 3 screws were fractured and then glued. This happened at the factory. Found Parts Select on the internet who had the grill and filter. Received parts in less than 5 days. Grill was easy to install as the 3rd tab had been eliminated on the replacement part.
