replaced broken handle
Look carefully at the blow up of the inner ring or you could break the tabs tryig to get it out. I missed seeing the tabs on that blow up and I broke many of the tabs on the inner ring. I assumed they were on the outer rim of that ring when in fact they were on the inner edge.

Fortunately there were enough locking tabls left to reuse that part.

I hope the new design of your door handles strengthens the bottom attachment as it is the weaker of the two attachment points and yet it gets the most force as most people will pull down on the over head handle rather than straight out.

Broken off door handle
Remove upper vent (2 screws) lift up on door after opening. Door will come off pretty easily. Slide putty knife between parts and remove. Take out screws and replace handle with the original screws. Reverse procedure rehang door and become a hero to the bride. Don't worry about the snapped off tabs. There will be enough of them left to hold everything together.

Replacement of Magnetron
I UNPLUGGED the microwave and removed the cover, using a phillips and a Torx screwdriver for the machine screws. I set these screws aside, so as not to confuse them with the later encountered screws. I photographed the magnetron to assure proper placement of the 6 phillips machine screws involved in reassembly (marking the the locations on the old magnetron would do as well. I marked the old magnetron "old", to avoid later confusion. I removed the two screws holding the shields to the magnetron. I removed 3 of the 4 screws holding the magnetron to the microwave, leaving one of the top screws. I held the magnetron securely and removed the last screw, pulling out a the part of the magnetron that penetrated the microwave. I installed the new magnetron in reverse order. One problem I encountered was locating one of the six screws, which had been pulled into the old magnetron by magnetism.

Broken Door Handle
Parts select made the ordering very easy and the exact part arrived shortly after ordering. I would suggest following ALL the suggestions to a tee that others have written in. Removing the entire door (a suggestion) was definitely a good idea. I had to do some 'extra' rigging because one of the plastic screws was also broken and that is actually part of the door..........and I would have to replace the entire door ($$$).......didn't want to do that. "DO" be careful when removing the little clips....that is a little tricky but do-able......IF you take your time. THANKS for all the other people before me that wrote in their hints...I did listen to my wife and read them all before I started. Good luck.

Unbla to access the screw on the lower end of the handle
On March 21st my wife's daughter and husband and I tackled the repair. I am physically limited, so their help was not only welcomed but necessary.First, removed two screws on the top of the oven to remove the vent panel. Then removed the door by lifting up (as described by others). Next removed the black plastic trim from around the window, using a table knife to pry it loose. Broke off some of the clips but that proved to be no problem at reinstallation. Removed 6 small screws holding the window assembly, but we were unable to pry the plastic tabs loose and we never were able to remove the panel. The screw to the upper end of the door handle is exposed and easily accessible. The screw holding the lower end of the handle is underneath the metal window assembly. We drilled a hole in the metal assembly until the screw was exposed. Removing the screw was a major undertaking. The housing in which the screw was imbeded would not release the screw. We used the drill with a small bit to drill the plastic out until the screw came free. It was difficult and tedious and time consuming. After finally releasing the two screws we began installation of the handle. We found the female receptacle on the handle was very reluctant to accept the screw, both top and bottom. The job was eventually completed after we lubricated the female receptacle adequately. Even so the handle is not quite a snug as I would have liked to have it.The job was hard, tedious, and took over two hours. reinstalltion of the door was no problem. I don't believe the designers and manufacturers intended amateurs to make this repair

The door handle tabs that were screwed into the door broken.
I first removed the top vent cover by pushing upwards slowly as not to break the plastic tabs holding it it place. Then lifted the door off of the hinges. Laying the door flat, I then inserted small screwdrivers (eyeglass repair size) into the "Mask frame" to push the "J" tabs inward. Do slowly as they get brittle with age. Remove the 8 small screws holding the door assembly to the plastic frame. You'll see the 2 screws holding the handle in place. Remove them, install new handle, reverse process. About 35 minutes.
