The only to repair the vent grill was to purchase a new one. I went ahead and found a the replacement part and waited 5 days when it arrived. Very easy installation. Ijust lined it uap amd popped it in place. With a screwdriver I made sure to extend the clips slightly to ensure they fit snuggly to ensure they held the vent tightly

Snap the new one in place.

Watched video which reminded me to order support for the turntable support ring and did exactly what the person in the video did. Excellent and prompt service and all parts fit.

After researching online, I found that I needed the turntable drive coupling, part#PS993087. when I went to your site it showed the same part but the part number had changed but said it would fit my microwave. Well, I was really surprised and happy when the part I received 3 days after I placed the order, with normal shipping,fit perfectly and now my turn table in my microwave works. I have marked this site a a favorite and will use it I'm sure soon. Being a single women and having to figure out how to fix the things on a small buget, I'm learning a lot and have a lot of respect for men that know how to do all the repair stuff. Remove broken grille and snapped new grille in place. Very easy to do. Very poor design by Whirlpool. This is my third grille in 4 years. Thank you PartSelect for carrying the replacement grilles.

1. Unplug the power cord from the wall socket. 2. Remove the 10 screws holding the bottom cabinet cover in place. The bottom cabinet cover will swing down allowing acces to the inside ofe the microwave. 3. Remove the connector from the turntable motor. 4. Use a T15 Torx driver to remove the 2 Torx screws holding the motor in place. 5. Remove the motor. 6. Reverse the process using the new motor.

I didn't do the repair -- my husband did, said it was easy, had no problems what so ever! The new bulbs give a lot more light to the cooking area.

Ordered the item on a Monday at 12pm and it arrived the next day. Amazing!

Received new cover the next day. Snapped new cover in place with no problems.

I simply removed the mesh guards in the bottom of the microwave ad placed the new charcoal filters behind them and replaced them in the slots under the appliance.

Problem was easily diagnosed using the internet as a resource, problem was a bad stirrer motor. Hardest part of the repair was the removal of the microwave. Once off the wall, you remove the outer cover and a molded plastic casing directly underneath the outer cover at the top of hte microwave to expose the stirrer motor. Removed two screws and two wires and the old motor is out. Did exactly the opposite to install the new motor. The kit I recvd included among other things the motor, a new inside cover, plastic rivets and even silicone to seal the inside cover. I am sure I saved a couple hundred dollars by doing myself.

I removed the front cover, which allowed access to the soap dispenser. You need a 1/4" driver set to unscrew the dispenser. I installed the new dispenser, and the dishwasher worked great. The inital problem of the soap door not opening, and the rinse aid not dispensing, was solved.

replaced burnt parts

The problem I have with changing the bulb is my microwave is an overhead one and therefore I cannot tip it on its side to easily replace the bulb. I have to drop the lid down and carefully install the new bulb from underneath.
