replace hand screw
unfortunately my fridge stopped working. I purchased another but wanted to try and repair the old one. when ew one arrived, the old one was supposed to be put in garage but instead was hauled away. Had delivery return next day but they had as already removed and lost the handle screw for the bottom freezer and the screw that holds handle in place. ordered the handle screw and picked up the nut. very simple to install the screw and put handle back on.

My ice maker overflowed water and made a mess in the freezer
The part was extremely easy to replace. The unit came out with one screw, and I had to unplug the wire connection. After removing I noticed the ice tray was cracked - that's what caused the problem. The new unit went in easily with 1 plug in connection and 1 screw. I was done in less than 10 minutes.

Ice cubes did not drop out of tray when the ice maker cycled
1) Take out 3 screws from top of icemaker. 2) Unplug electrical connector from wiring harness. 3) Remove icemaker unit from freezer and then remove frozen cube sensor with clip and rear insulation. 4) With your hands pull cube tray motor out of the holding clips with the tray- if this is too difficult, spread bracket and only remove the tray from the unit. 5) Insert new tray into slots and install new or existing ice sensor, insulation, and sensor clip. 6) Reinstall icemaker unit to ceiling of freezer, don't forget to plug into wiring harness. 7) Turn unit on and make some ice!
