The microwave door would not stay latched, so it wouldn't come on.

The repair was easy, I just took off a few screws and found the broken latch spring. The real story is how easy it was to find the replacement spring from Partselect! I couldn't believe they had it, and even better yet, I ordered it one afternoon, and it came the next day with normal shipping! Unbelievable! Then I just popped it in and replaced the covers I had removed and it was working again!

Put the Fuse in, then plugged it in came on for a min then everything went out!!!!!

Took the front off and behind a plate was the fuse, so I replaced it for what good that did!!!

The capacitor was melted in the microwave

My husband open the microwave and see the capacitor melted. He try to find the piece in store,but unfortunatly he didn't find any. I found the piece on the web and ordered it. My husband replaced the part easily. The microwave work very well.The microwave was to our friend. He did replace it by a new one. Now we have a new microwave with a fan.

Broken turntable support ring and missing support

glass turn table would not turn

After researching online, I found that I needed the turntable drive coupling, part#PS993087. when I went to your site it showed the same part but the part number had changed but said it would fit my microwave. Well, I was really surprised and happy when the part I received 3 days after I placed the order, with normal shipping,fit perfectly and now my turn table in my microwave works. I have marked this site a a favorite and will use it I'm sure soon. Being a single women and having to figure out how to fix the things on a small buget, I'm learning a lot and have a lot of respect for men that know how to do all the repair stuff. Plastic Door handle broke off

Remove the 3 screws in the door. You will have to pry the door frame apart. use 1 or more flat screwdrivers to pry the inner liner from the medal door. There are plastic pieces that recess into the inner door from the medal frame. Once you get a few loose it is easy to remove the frame. Locate the 2 screws from the handle and attach the new handle. Then reverse the process to put the frame and inner door back together and put the 3 screws back in.
