Not Heating
Removed wall oven from wall. Removed back cover. Unscrewed thermastat and removed old thermastat. Screwed in new thermastat and put back together.

broken grill over a burner
For any Ukrainian replace this grid there is not any problem, it is very simple and easy. but for the company that produces these boards, I would like to give advice :::: make them stronger, they just are very fragile and break under heavy dishes. Grate was broken
Replaced with new grate. Arrived just a couple days after ordering. Rep. was very helful making sure I was getting the right replacement part. Great customer service.

burned out oven bulb
unscrewed the top glass protector off and took the old bulb out and put the new bulb in. very easy - less than 5 minutes.

Remove racks before self-cleaning
Similar to another customer, the racks were not removed before self-cleaning. The issue was that I AM THE HUSBAND and I admit that I did it. Ooops. Great price and if I do it again, I will go back to parts select to get a replacement.
