Had to replace to halogen lamps
Repair was simple; only a phillips head screw driver was required to remove the access plate.
Part Select delivered the replacement lamps within 3 days from the date I placed the order - great service.

I attempted to remove my convection/microwave grille without realizing it had screws and broke it.
I went to this website and entered the model number and looked at the parts illustrations for the part I needed. Which was really helpful since I didn't know what the part was called. So to have this visual was really helpful. I ordered it and received it in less than 3 days and it took me less than 5 minutes to replace the part! I broke this part about 3 years ago and it looked horrible. This was so easy that I don't know why I waited so long to replace it. This is the second time I've ordered from this company and I would totally recommend this company to anyone!

Light bulbs had burned out.
I myself had difficulties replacing bulbs, as I have no feelings in my fingers, so I asked my son while holding the bulb in the bubble wrap, He had no problems what so ever.

All power to the microwave went out.
PartSelect had helpful repair instructions on-line which made the repair easier and faster. Unfortunately, there were other problems with the oven that immediately blew the new fuse I had just installed. It was then determined that additional repair would most likely cost almost as much as a new microwave.

Powered Off completely
After reading reviews that there was no power what so ever and a fuse replacement will solve the problem, I tried it. Replacing the fuse is very easy (and I am not handy at all). All you have to do is remove the microwave cover from the top by removing two screws, slide the cover to the left and pulling the cover off. Then remove the grill in front of you, by removing one or two screws. The fuse is in front of you, use pliers and be firm but gentle. Replacing the fuse is easy but it did not solve my problem.
