the icemaker was making noise
I figured out how the whole thing worked by taking it apart. After several attempts to clear the passageways of ice that were getting stuck, I had a repairman out to take a look. He wanted $350 for the repair and replacement. I paid the $89 truck charge and sent him on the way. (He did take five minutes and sort of fix the french door close mechanism which also is failing, but that's another issue.)I ordered the part and plugged it in to the receptacle in the ice compartment. Savings: about $150. Now I have ice! Thanks Part select!

The plastic on the vegetable tray shelf was cracked
The repair was so easy. I had to take out all the food. Then I was able to easily lift the shelf out, and put the new shelf in and replace the vegetable drawers.
