Icemaker not working
Removed ice bin
Unscrew the 3 screws.
Lift ice maker for the bottom to remove it but do not pull it until the power is unplug from the part.
Install the new part the same way you removed the old part.
Turn the switch and waiting 48 hours before the ice bin start getting ice

Ice and water large paddle button stuck so would not turn off
Scary not hard. But pry panel out start at bottom or right side and pull. and was told from tube video that lg said if you break a few tabs that was normal and not to worry there is plenty. I think I broke one but after repair just pushed it back into place and it is good as new. The broken part was obvious and easy to replace. Just go for it

Broken shelf for the vegatable bins
The glass was ordered correctly. The part was too big for mt refrigerator. I tried to send it back, but I got no reply. I tried cutting the glass to size and it shattered. I wasted 60.00 and im disgusted with your company.

Ice chute would not open.
Removed ice dispenser and display with small screwdriver from front of the fridge. Pried out the whole piece slowly. This exposed the motor that activates the chute. Plugged in the new motor before any removal to verify the motor was the problem. When it worked, removed old and installed new. 3 screws. Piece of cake.

Ice tray cracked
Removed the old one and replaced with new just remember do your do diligence watch YouTube videos makes repair a lot easier

The original spring in the mullion door broke
I disconnected the refrigerator power, removed the 2 screws holding the mullion door on the left side of the refrigerator French-door (it’s the flap that allows the door to close). Removed the broken spring and installed the replacement spring in its place. Reinstalled the mullion door by putting it in place and installing the previously removed screws.

Spring broken in door mullion
Took 2 screws out and disconnect wire and install new part.

Old part did not seal properly

Spring in the plate front assembly broke. Door plate assembly would not move into correct position, preventing door from closing.

Broken spring on flapper door
Unplugged the frig and removed two phillip screws on flapper door of left door... Unplugged the electrical connector and removed flapper...
Picked up new flapper and snapped electrical contractor together... Slid new flapper bar into place and inserted two phillip screws... Job complete in 15 minutes...

Side by side refrigerator. Right hand door (door stopper broken)
Phillips head screw driver required.

Door stopper attaches to door and front side of refrigerator. Located at the underside of the door at the front of the hinge.

Remove screw, keep screw for installation of new stopper. Remove damaged stopper, install new stopper using the original screw.
