Leak in drain line
Uninstall dishwasher screws. Lay dishwasher on its side. Remove bottom plate. Remove old drain line. install new line. Test for leak. The trick was figuring out that I could only access the line through the bottom of the dishwasher.

Lg code indicated a faulty motor
First, PartSelect is great!; fast,& accurate. 1. Inside the dishwasher: remove trays. Remove (A050) lower water sprayer from bottom by pulling up. Remove (F191) top sprayer assembly by pulling away from clip holders. Remove (M110) by removing the holding screws. This part cover the whole sump and has kind-of an open screen circling the unit. Now you will see the white plastic impeller (M120) which is attached the the motor with one Phillips head screw. WARNING. The Phillips head screw (holding the impeller in place) is a REVERSE THREADED SCREW. Turn the screw CLOCKWISE to remove it. Then remove the impeller from the motor shaft. Underneath and outside the washer: Remove the bottom plate. Finally remove the motor by unscrewing the four holding screws and electrical wiring.

door connector broke, so door just flopped open
pulled the dishwasher out, removed the side panel. It was very easy to replace the connector once the dishwasher was out and the side panel was removed. There are about five screws to remove the side panel. I replaced the unbroken connector on the other side since I had the dishwasher out.

racks were rusted
parts were not exact match with original, even though ordered from schematic. had to bend the replacement part slightly so it would fit into holder pieces. this took about 10 minutes as I was trying to be careful not to break/cut the coating (which would then lead to rust again). Once the piece was bent, just snapped the rack into place.

Dish washer would shut off mid cycle.
Check the motor and discovered roughness when you turned the shaft. I assume there was a bearing problem. I ordered a new motor from part select and upon the replacement washer is working great! Thanks part select, my part arrived in a timely manner and you guys saved me approx. $500. Thanx again. Richard Sansom
