Pull out stove. Unplug power. Remove four screws on each corner and loosen one screw in the middle. Remove back panel. Locate and unplug sensor connector. Remove one screw from sensor plate. Turn the sensor 45 degrees and pull sensor out from the rear. Connector received had the incorrect plug and terminals so it was necessaary to splice the connector from the one removed to the one received. Cut and splice wires as necessary. Install sensor, install back panel, plug in electrical power, push stove back into position. I used a temperature gauge to check temperature after stove was in position. In my case the temperature had to be adjusted which is a keyboard function on this unit.

Moved the stove. Used the template to position the bracket. Put the supplied screws to attach bracket to the floor. Slid stove back into place. DONE!

Talked to someone who knows , DX'd the potential problem,looked for the part on your very user friendly website and your DX was exactly what my oven was doing, when the Thermo-Sensor arrived, I unplugged the oven, removed the metal back, took out the faulty Sensor, replaced it very easy then realized the plug was different, so called a friend who knows how to Solder and 2 hrs, later, my oven was repaired and I began baking an Apple pie to repay a friends kindness The pie was perfectly baked , my friend was happy and so am I ,the baker, just before the holidays Thank you Parts Select for helpful DX and speedy delivery - seems you saved Christmas for me.

Removed outer glass first ,then worked my way thru to inner glass..

Gas stove worked, as well as brolier, but oven did not turn on at all. Replacing the bake igniter part did the trick. It is a simple operation, 30 minutes tops normally. In my case the screw was originally installed a little crooked and had caused it to strip and wouldn't come out. As a result, I had to also remove the gas pipe that the igniter was attached to in order to forcibly remove the screw and detach the old bake igniter. This is what caused the extra time and difficulty.

I actually watched Youtube while I was changing it. This video was not actually the same make up of my oven, even though the I typed in the model number. I manage to figure it any with the steps anyway. It was harder then I expected but not horrible. I think I did pretty well for a women. Patti

I was unable to loosen the screws myself so I called my friends husband to help me. We watched the video together and followed the instructions. The door in the video was a bit different than mine but this repair was easy.

I was replacing a range oven hood, so I pulled the oven away from the wall but left it plugged in. I removed the old oven hood, which had an exhaust pipe that was still mounted through the cupboard. While I was preparing the new oven hood the exhaust pipe fell out of the cupboard and cut the oven wire in half. I was able to find the part number on the existing cord and looked up on line. I ordered the part using 3-5 business days and it showed up in 2 days. I was able to attach the new cord, which had an easy clip plug, and secure back to the stove. Very easy and very inexpensive to do.

I removed the two back screws, slid out the old panel, then fitted in the new panel (it fit perfectly) and replaced the screws. Five minutes, tops.

After removing an oven rack to make room for the thanksgiving turkey roaster, I have NO IDEA, where I might have stowed it away! After searching every cabinet and every closet I realized I needed to do something quick for our annual christmas cookie marathon that would begin on Sunday. The Conversion Kit was throughall with extra fittings and good instructions. My problem was haveing to pay a lisence gas installer $65.00 an hour to do a safety & pressure test. Maybee future Conversion kits would include a cheap disposable pressure tester with hose, then it would be a complete done job by the owner.

I followed directions for replacement of the glass from the web. Replacement was simple and easy.

Removed oven door. Removed screws from bottom of door as well as handle screws. Remove inner panel to expose glass. Replaced glass panel and reverse steps. Very easy.

Took door apart, went online to partselect, ordered new glass, and put it back together. Oven looks like new. Makes sense to order the isolation as well when you do the repair
