This was so easy, it's a replacement that just slides into the outlet at the back of the stove. Done, just like that.

When I ordered the hinge it was recomended to replace both hinges. so I ordered two hinges not knowing that one of the hinges didn't have a spring. I ended up with an extra hinge.

Unplugged grill element and plugged coil element.
Install was as easy as was ordering from PartSelect.com.
Price and availability plus timely delivery will make me a return customer.

I left the old broken hinge in place, & put the new hinge on the left side.

1-Unplugged the old 2 burner element.
2-Plugged in the new element.
3-Elapsed time approx. 10 seconds.
4-It took longer to remove the new element from it's shipping
carton than it took to remove the old & install the new.

slipped the old modules out and installed the new modules by slipping them into the cavity and into the electrical connection.

Simply unpluged the old cartridges and plugged in the new ones, it could not have been easier. My 18 year old cooktop looks brand new. My old cartridges were black and the new ones are stainless, but, the look is good, since most new appliances are now stainless. The best part is that it cost less than half of what a new cooktop would have cost plus all of the mess that would have been made tearing out the old one and installing a new one. I took the door off the oven frame by releasing the hinge latches and lifting and pulling the door outward to remove it . Then I removed the glass outer cover by taking off the philips screws and then unscrewed the door hinges . I then reversed the order to replace it .

Wrestled with it for ten minutes and then watched a youtube video on how to set the locks on the oven door hinges in order for the door to be installed. The video was instrumental

the door came apart fairly easy getting it all back together was another story lining up glass and panels that have already been heated was fun but its back together and working fine.... It should be noted that I have a warranty for the stove but the hoops I had to jump thru and the time it would take for the tech to come it was easier to do it myself!!

First of all the part arrived a day and a half after ordering which we thought was remarkable. We unplugged the griddle unit and plugged in the cartridge with two burners. It is beautiful.

Lifted out and unplugged grill. Plugged in and put in place new module. I tested it right then and it worked great!

I simply removed the old cartridge by lifting it up and pulling the plug end out. I slid the new coil cartridge with the plug end in its place. The grill replacement was similar. Remove the grll grates, pull out the burner element from its plug position, remove the grill rocks and insert the new coil cartridge in its place. No tools or special skills required. It's like I now have a new cook top.
