There was a crack in the Humidity Crisper drawer

I looked it up on the site per Refrigerator Model #. I wanted a confirmation from an expert at this site that I was ordering the right drawer. The part # the expert gave me was different than what I was going to order per my Model #. I'm really glad I waited for the expert reply and ordered that drawer. This is for a rental property, and we are a few hours away from the property. It was less than a minute to pull out the old crisper drawer and slide in the new. Thank You!!!!!

Big handed grandson handled to rough

Took everything out of the old one, lined the new one with cloth and put everything back in.

Rocker on switch broke off

Eased the putty knife under the edge of the switch housing and pried it off. Pulled two wires off the old terminals and hooked them onto the new one and reinstalled into the refrigerator body.

Replace Meat Tray

The tray was easy; however removing the white nylon front piece from the old tray and installing it on the new one was difficult. It was extremely inflexible and I thought it would break before it snapped into place.

Light in my refrigerator didn't work.

At first I went to a local part supplier and they didn't have it in stock but could order it for me for $55.00 plus $10.00 to ship it. I told them I would have to think about it. I went home and got on the computer and found your web site and was I shocked when I saw the same part listed for $6.98 and $7.00 to ship it. You guys saved me $50.00. Meat drawer wouldnt slide.

I ordered a new drawer and when it got here I removed the old one and put the new one in. The drawer arrived so fast the bank hadnt even finished processing the payment.

We had spent the day moving furniture to friends that had bought it from my mother-in-law. The refrigerator was the last item. we forgot to secure the doors and other movable parts. So during the trip over to our friend's house we broke the handle to the freezer door and the meat draw.

The repair was easy. Just replace the meat drawer and screw on the freezer door handle.

broken drawer

slide old drawer out and took off the white plastic lip and snapped it on the new drawer and slide the new drawer in. Took longer to open the box.

light would work intermitently

removed the 2 screws that held the panel in place, had to reach up and push on locking tabs to lower trhe front of the panel. was able to then push on the locking tab of the switch to release it. removed the wires, replaced them onto the new switch, and snapped the switch into place. the rest was reverse of the uninstall process.
