unscrewed two screws put in new element replaced two screws done, recieved the element within days of order,it was the right part,couldn't have been happier with the service from parts select thank you.

Just like you said,remove two screws,pull out element,disconnect wires,install new part. It was easier to pull out stove and hook up wires.

My husband is an over-the-road driver, so I have to do all of the repairs myself. I went to the breaker box and turned off the power to the range. Then I removed 2 screws, pulled the element out about 3", and disconnected the wires. I then connected the wires to the new element, pushed it back in place, and replaced the screws. We had Parmesan Chicken for dinner and my children were thrilled!

I then plugged the two wires into the new element slowly slid the wires and element back into place and put the two screws back in... and it worked perfectly. I did it all in less than five mins. Very easy to install two screws in the front but you must first remove the wires behind the oven otherwise you may damage the wires by pulling them through.

Now I know why everyone said "less than 15 mins" for installation time...because "less than 5 min" wasn't an option! Went exactly as everyone described, just more quickly - turned off breaker, removed two screws, disconnected wires, reconnected wires to new element, re-attached it with screws, turned on breaker, checked it - worked like a charm. It was more work opening the box! Would have taken less time if my flashlight hadn't rolled off the open oven door leaving me with poor lighting conditions.

Super simple, and the part arrived less than 48 hours after buying it online. I turned off the breaker to the oven and unscrewed the burner at the bracket holding it to the back wall of the oven. After pulling out the wires, all you do is tug at the two connectors and they detach. Just slide the new burner's connectors in, then screw it back into place. My arms aren't quiet long enough to reach all the way back there, so I got my son to help and I held the flashlight for him. Had it done before my husband got home from work!

Removed connectors from the old element. iInstalled new element to the wire connectors (slide on), screwed plate back into oven. Turn on power and tested

Took a phillips head screwdriver and took out the two screws. Lifted off small plate securing screws, pulled lightly and wiggled the element out and popped the new one in. Total time 7 minutes - yes we timed it!!! Fast delivery too!!!
