59652672202 Kenmore Refrigerator - Instructions

Really easy, simple instructions, and it was on my doorstep 3 days after I ordered. Much simpler than dealing with the appliance store, where I'd have to drive to the store, order the filter, wait 7-10 days, and return to pick it up. Ughh! Internet is the way to go!

Disconnect plug from wall. Insert putty knife between light switch.and trim panel , apply pressure to depress plastic spring holding switch in place. Apply a slight twist too putty knife releasing switch from trim piece. This wil expose plug connected to switch. Disconnect plug from switch. Connect new switch to plug. Insert switch into trim. Plug refrigerator into wall socket.

Removed Ice carrier and diassembled the Ice carrier with a socket set. Four screws, cap came right off. Placed the new one on and finished.

dismanteled ice bucket end and removed auger slid helix off and reinstalled auger in bucket. real good instructions.

Removed the top hinge cover with Philips screwdriver. Removed the three bolts holding the top hinge in place. Removed the top hinge, and lifted the door off the remains of the lower hinge. Unbolted the remnants of the lower hinge closure mechanism and replaced it with the new set. Reassembled the door on the lower hinge, and then replaced and bolted back on the top hinge. Door back to full working order in less than fifteen minutes.

I removed ice bin and cover that sits ontop of the icemaker. I inserted the longer end of armwire assy first in the front part of the icemaker arm until it clicked in place then inserted the shorter end in the back side of icemaker arm and pressed until it went into the hole all the way through. This was very easy to install.

Couldn't figure out how to get the old one out till I saw the new one.Pop the old one out slide the 2 wires on the new one pop it back in place,good to go.

Popped out broken switch with blunt flat edged instrument. Disconnected switch from unit . Plugged new piece in and reinserted into side panel of refrigerator. Very easy.

Popped out the old light switch with a butter knife from the bottom first, disconnected the plug in. Install was just the reverse. Super easy fix

Pulled out the old pan and put in the new pan.

Order the new criper and when it came I installed it.

Removed old agitator unit - 4 nut-head screws removed, and installed new agitator and screws aligned easily.

Followed directions on filter unit

Super fast , I received my parts the very next day ,THANKS to PartSelect.com. GREAT JOB .
Pulled out 4 screws , pulled out the ice turn gear & crusher , replaced the helix end cap , put all these parts back in place , screwed 4 screws back in ice bucket , back in freezer and it works like new . It would of cost me $110.00 to have a repair company do this simple job .
