Removed oven bottom. 2 screws and igniter was removed. 1 screw for back panel unplugged igniter.

This is a no brainer. I am only doing this because you asked. Pull out the stove, tilt it back, remove broken leg, install new leg.

I tried to get black drip pans to replace the ones I had which were well in need of changing. They no longer make the black so I found the silver ones on your site and thought for the price I would try them. They are wonderful and very reasonably priced. 1)Completely removed racks, oven bottom and broiler drawer to access unit. 2)Shut off gas supply by by pulling horizontal lever on left side of safety valve forward to close valve. 3)With screwdriver, removed heat shield covering safety valve and connector from igniter. 4)With socket wrench, removed the two mounting screws on igniter. 5)I ... Read more nstalled new igniter, connecting to safety valve. 6)Turned on gas supply by pushing horizontal lever to left of safety valve back to open valve (see step 2). Turned on oven to test. 7)Upon gas igniting, shut off oven and install oven components in reverse order.

I have worked in maintenance field most of my adult life and all aspects and to change the oven door gasket was no challenge what so ever. It took longer to find my needle nose pliers to remove the old gasket clips and then re-install the new gasket. Maybe 10 minutes total

Pull out the old knob, replace the new one, fits perfect within no time.

My used stove had been dropped by the previous owner. While I could live with the minor scratches on one side the wooden shims holding up one corner were annoying. I opened the door partway to remove the door. Then I removed the bottom heat shield plate by pulling it towards me and lifting it up. I removed the two screws holding on the igniter, then with the the disconnect removed the old ignitor. I plugged in the new ignitor, replaced the screws, replaced the heat shield, replaced the oven door, ... Read more and was done in ten minutes.

Replacing the vertical mount igniter was very simple. Remove 2 srews and one plug. I did pull out the oven to unplug te igniter. The process could not be easier.

I lifted up the bottom insert of the inside of my oven and then followed the instructions on this site. Originally I purchased the wrong igniter, so I would encourage you to look at yours and make sure you are buying the right part. I am a complete novice. Even with my purchase debacle, my oven was back up and running within 5 days (to ... Read more tal cost was $60). Do this even if you are scared of a screwdriver. Just remember to turn off the gas first. Make sure you've turned off the gas by trying to light a burner (if your burners are otherwise working correctly). If it doesn't light, the gas is off and there is nothing to be afraid of. The igniter is far enough away from the gas pipe that I wasn't afraid of breaking it and once I saw how the oven was put together, I wasn't afraid of working on it. And, if you need to return anything, the return policy is awesome.

Open the oven door, take the bottom out. The ignitor is right there!! unscrew it and unplug it... plug in and screw in the new one! Took about five minutes!! Our oven worked again after not working for a year!! Yeah!!

1.) Remove door from hinges (open slightly and pull up). 2.) Remove racks. 3.) Remove oven floor to expose burner. 4.) Remove wing-nut and burner cover. 5.) Remove two ignitor mounting screws. 6.) Pull wires and connector through back wall. 7.) Connect new ignitor and mount to burner. 8.) Replace components in reverse order.

Popped in there real quick. Wish I would have done it sooner, my oven heats up much faster.
