The first order arrived in a huge box and there was no scew to be found, the box had wholes in it. I was given a refund and told to order again.



The repair did not happen and the set screw which was actually recieved the second time was returned because it was the wrong size.

This was a simple repair as the shelving simply snapped in place. Like many senior citizens, I am skeptical about doing business over the net. new drawer was received within 2 days and was extremely simple to install.

I popped the new bin onto the supports and was done.The whole operation took less than 20 seconds, including taking the part out of the box. It could not have been easier.

I took the part out of the box, opened the refrigerator and snapped the door shelf bin in place. Job done! Less than 5 minutes. I'm a 68 yr old women and did it by myself. Thank you. The price was excellent and I will definitely use your services again if/when needed.

Slid new bin in and shut door.

Notice ice build up on the panel in front of the evaporator coil. Unplugged freezer and removed evaporator panel. Plugged unit back in and checked fan, coil "snap switch" and heater element, all seemed to check out good. Found defrost timer stuck in the freeze position, causing frost to accumulate over the evaporator. Manually rotated defrost timer to the 30min defrost cycle and system went into defrost. Ordered defrost timer and installed (part arrived in 3 days). Freezer works great again. Too bad I ended up throwing 400 dollars worth of meat away. the fix was very simple. Will definitely use PartSelect again. Thank you.

Two of my refrigerator door bins were broken and I had been using duct tape to hold them in place. I decided to look them up on PartSelect and was able to find exactly what I needed at a great cost. The old shelf bin wouldn't stay in, so all I did was snap in the replacement piece. It was very easy and I am very pleased!

The pictures on the parts pg allowed me to pick the right Shelf bin. Due to 2 shelves being very similar in looks and size.

The shelf bin is of a snap on tipe' no tools require...
