This was a simple repair as the shelving simply snapped in place. Like many senior citizens, I am skeptical about doing business over the net. I popped the new bin onto the supports and was done.The whole operation took less than 20 seconds, including taking the part out of the box. It could not have been easier.

Slid new bin in and shut door.
