Removed and replaced infinite switch ; removed and replaced both cartridge so that they matched

manual instructions were included in the email notification re' shipping confirmation

Your staff helped me find the updated replacement that worked and when I was having some connection issues helped me get it right!

I am not really handy. When the repair man came and gave me a price of $220 to repair two infinite switches, I looked up the cost of the switch and saw that it was easy to do...and it was! I saved $140 for doing it myself (no help from my husband).

First I turned off the power, unscrewed two screws and took the knob panel off. Wrote down the colored wires and then pulled them off the infinite switch (some needed pliers) and then i just put the wires back on the new switch...done...it works!

Remove old module and insert new one. Took longer to get out of box than to install.

Replaced unit

Just unplug the old broken cartridge and plug in the new one. It was very easy. Took 5 minutes.

Unplugged the old element and plugged in the new one.

The best part was it arrived less then 24 hours after I ordered it. Unbelievable, thank you.

I pulled out the old cartridge cleaned the stoptop up. Plugged in the the new cartridge ..there was a little steam left over fromt he cleaning when I turned up the heat but it went away. Looks great and save me $3k the difference in the price of a new stove top.

I simply removed the old cartridge by lifting it up and pulling the plug end out. I slid the new coil cartridge with the plug end in its place. The grill replacement was similar. Remove the grll grates, pull out the burner element from its plug position, remove the grill rocks and insert the new coil cartridge in its place. No tools or special skills required. It's like I now have a new cook top.

Simple repair. Unplugged element cart. and replaced.

Remarkably easy. We had purchased a Jenn-Air with 2 burners and a grill. We found we rarely used the grill feature. We needed more burners. We looked several years ago but it was quite expensive to replace so we suffered through it. I decided I had to find the replacement part or purchase a new stove. It is so easy. Once I found the right size of filter from the website, I ordered it right away. It came in 3 days and I just need to take out the old one and insert the new one. No instruction is necessary. By the way, the price of the filter is one third of that from Jenn-air.

First I removed the two screws that hold the chrome piece that had the switch in it. I had to disconnect the two lights that light up when the elements go on, had to do that to get to the lock washers that hold the switch in place. Put the new switch in place but couldnt get the new lock washers on the both broke, had to go to the hardware store and get new ones just as little bit bigger, they went on slick. The switch works great again, buy new lock washers before you start
