218717805 Frigidaire Refrigerator - Instructions

Turn off the ice maker.You don't need to turn off the water. Find the water filter in the upper right corner of the refrigerator. It's the round thing with a shallow round depression in the center. Push in on the center and release. The old filter partially pops out. Remove it.and throw it away. Insert new filter and push until it locks in place. Run water through the new filter until it runs clear.

It was easy. Watched the short video and placed the part right in. The part came a lot fasted then we thought. Thank you partselect.

Turned off water to refrigerator and unscrewed canister, removed filter reinstalled canister and ran water thru to get all sludge from line. Turn water back off. Remove canister and install filter reinstalled canister, turned water back on. Run water thru line. Job complete. No problems.

service was great-got filter promptly- on line instructions very helpful. showed how to turn off water, remove filter and replace with new one. no problems.

Watched video provided by website. Followed simple instructions.

Took out old replace new less than 5 min.

It took less than 5 minutes to remove old filter and install new one.

simply unscrew old filter and replace with new filter--quick delivery of part from company.
