Water Leaking
I watched the video on the website and the repair was fairly easy to perform. The hardest part was the beginning, unhooking the panel on both sides of the control panel and pulling the control panel backwards. The panel was a little bit harder to release than the video suggests (ok, a lot harder) and took a little time. Other than this minor setback, the repair was very easy. If I can do this, anyone can this and look very handy in the process.

Leaking water pump
I followed the Partselect Video - it was a very good guide. the only issue i had was the motor shaft was rusted and the new pump could not be installed until i wire brushed the rust off of the shaft and filed the shaft to the proper size. then i installed the pump and reassembled the cabinet and it worked fine.

Leaking pump
II just tilted the washer back towards the wall and use my special non-slip pliers Specially made for wire hose clamps, to remove the two hoses from the pump. It slips right out after the two snap down clamps are popped loose. Piece of cake.

Water pump was leaking
Real simple repair. Unplugged washer. Turned off water. Tilted washer backwards to have access to underneath. Used screwdriver to pop off upper and lower retaining clips. Used pliers to squeeze hose clamps and remove to hoses. Pump slides right off. Aligned shaft correct and slide new pump into place. Reverse the previous step. 15 to 20 minutes tops.

The washer leaked.
To me, it's actually a common sense thing since I'm a natural DIY person. I looked under and located where the water was coming from, At first I thought it's a major problem like a crack on the bowl that is holding the water(or whatever it is called) and needed to be replaced. I ordered the part online and replaced the pump as soon as it arrived and I did not wait long. I just needed a pair of pliers to remove and replace the pump, it's pretty easy. I did not have to follow the online instructions to remove the cover from the frame to finish the job. I know I saved a lot of money by doing it myself.

standing water under washer
Went to Parts Select website and pulled up diagram of my washer. Tilted unit back until I could see underneath. Water pump was leaking. Checked around for prices and Parts Select was 50% cheaper than anyone else. Ordered part on a Sat. and got it on Tues. Can't beat that for price and speed of delivery. Have ordered several times and have always been very satisfied.

Water Pump Would Not Pump Water Out Of Machine
Unplugged the machine and turned off the water and then pulled it out away from the wall and then tilted the machine back to the wall, took a pair of pliers and removed the clips that held the water pump in place, removed the 2 hose clamps on the hoses and pulled the water pump off the, sanded the shaft that drove the water pump because the water pump had been leaking a little which caused the rust, applied grease to the shaft and reinstalled the new pump

Water leak
Followed the disassembly instructions given which were quite easy. I will admit I've done quite a bit of my own appliance repair before. VERY easy to replace the pump but unfortunately it wasn't what was leaking after reassembly. The corrugated drain hose was actually the leak source. Guess the smart thing to do would have been to go after the easier and cheaper repair tries first. At least this way, I have a new pump which should now last the life of the unit and it doesn't leak. I was able to find the hose locally for about the same price as PartSelect. However the pump was much, much cheaper even including shipping from PartSelect. Quick shipping too but a little frustrating because the person on the phone wasn't able to tell me what warehouse the pump was coming from. If I knew it was going to be Dallas, I wouldn't have paid for quicker shipping. Overall, very good experience.
