Very low oven heat
Ordered new element (super-easy to select the right one at this site!). Turned off stove breakers. Removed two screws holding mounting hinge plate with nutdriver. Detached wires with regular screwdriver. Attached wires to new element lugs with screwdriver, using furnished new screws. Reinstalled element hinged mounting plate with screws and nutdriver. Only difficulty is 1) working bent over inside the oven because the wires are short, and 2) wire screws are regular, not Philips, with shallow slots so screwdriver slips out frequently.

Bake element burned out, oven would not get hot
Turned off breaker for oven, removed baking (lower) element, searched website to match up size, shape, and connector-type of replacement part. Placed order and received two days later. Mounted new part in 10 minutes, turned on breaker, and immediately baked fries for children. No problem. Much cheaper and easier than replacing entire built-in oven.

Old bake element burned out
First, I turned off the power at the breaker box. Then, I removed the 2 screws attaching the bake element to the back wall of the oven. Next, I pulled the element out a few inches and removed the screws holding the element to the wires at the rear of the oven. Finally, I reattached the new element to the wires with the screws and then reattached the element plate to the rear wall of the oven. I turned the power back on at the breaker box, and tried the new element. It worked! Also, shipping was real fast, like 2 days from the time I placed the order to receiving the element.

bottom heating element burn out.
got new part delivered two days after ordering. I turned off breaker, used a 1/4" wrench to remove the fasteners holding the heating element to the back inside wall of the oven. used screw drivers (one Phillips and one flathead) to remove the screws holding the heating element to the wires. ensure you pull the wires slight out (easily) to ensure they don't pull back into the oven wall. unplug the element from the wires, install new element in reverse fashion and voila, done.
